I've recently upgraded to Windows 11 (using a non TPM and non Secure Boot image), after the update, I downloaded some games such as VALORANT and CS:GO, VALORANT wouldn't let me play since it's anticheat requires TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot enabled.
I've enabled TPM 2.0 but I can't seem to enable Secure Boot. Is there any way to fix this issue and is it just me who has the issue?
Edit: I haven't put the BIOS that I have installed on this PC. I have InsydeH20 version f.09

Hi:
If you see the Secure Boot Configuration in your BIOS but it is grayed out, try the following:
Step 1. Go into the BIOS and Load HP Factory Default Keys and see if Secure Boot becomes available.
Step 2. If it does not than go into the operating system and disable “Fast Boot” (Steps below).

Step 3. go back into your BIOS and try Load HP Factory Default Keys.
Step 4. enable Secure Boot at this point.
