Unable to find 65W EM AC Adapter

My Laptop is HP 15r-014TU notebook, I have lost the charger. I want to buy the charger for this laptop. This laptop requires 65W EM AC Adapter. But I am not able to find the EM AC Adapter as everywhere in online shops or retail shops, NON-EM AC adapters are available.

Please suggest what is the difference between EM and NON-EM ac adapter. Also suggest some compatible chargers for this laptop

There are few types of connector, the one with 3  poles or the one with 2 poles.more info:

I have browsed the Partsurfer website and found the part number, but I could not find the Buy option to buy the product.

I have visited the link for online retailer shop but the service is unavailable.
