HP Laptop 17-ak0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So my battery has been drained out and I'm in need of a replacement, however I can't seem to find a replacement for my model. According to the Support Assistant, the product name is HP Laptop 17-ak0xx. Whenever I try to look for a replacement, none of the models match up with these names or numbers. I tried using the HP Battery Finder and HP Parts Store but so far everything has led to a dead end. Would anyone happen to know anything about this or is there a way I can contact support?

Edit: Found a post on Reddit that lead me to finding the number I needed. It seems I can't delete this thread so I'll just leave this message here!

Hello,

Happy to see you found a reddit post about this.

Just inc ase you need it, here is the service manual for your model:

Batteries on page 30, you can google the spare part numbers off there and find only shops that sell them.

Good luck
