Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 13t-ba000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The hinge and case of my laptop is splitting open. I've only owned it for 18 months. I sent my laptop through an authorized retailer to get repaired and they returned it unfixed because they were unable to get the parts. Does anyone have recommendations for how to get the repair done? It was an expensive laptop and I hate the thought of trading it in for almost nothing.
