Product: HP Zbook Firefly 14 G7 Mobile Workstation (8VK71AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi,
I installed a third party driver from TrusConst. I wanted to play .tciso files using that driver. The driver got installed successfully but when I am running the video files with extension .tciso , it is showing the below error message. The same driver was working fine in other lenovo laptop.
Cannot find the virtual disk. Make sure it is mounted and try again.
Model: HP Zbook firefly G7
OS: Windows 11

Unfortunately, the way you have explained this does not make sense to me because you have not explained what software, program or hardware the driver is for.
