I understand you ran a hard drive test on your PC and it failed with a failure ID.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
Please provide the product number of your PC to assist you better.
I have decoded the failure ID and it has failed with Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure
Since the hard drive test on your PC failed the error message indicates an issue with the sectors or data, on the physical disks on the hard drive, has gone faulty.
Please replace the hard drive at the earliest to avoid hard drive failure.
Also, to backup data from a faulty hard drive would difficult.
So, I would suggest you can try contacting best buy or Walmart and check for data backup options. As they would use a third party software to backup the data.
