HP Recommended

tried the update bios option and received a box that says 'the best driver software for your device is already installed' but the windows 10 update is still not possible. what else can i try for this?

I have the exact same problem but I don't have HP Pavilion Notebook-BIOS on my computer as far as I can tell.  Can you help?
