I recently purchased HP pavilion ec1019au with ryzen 5 5625u processor and 16 gb of ram , my cpu cinebench scores are below average like cinebench r23 multicore scores are 6300 when using with charger plugged in and in performance mode also  my Hp omen gaming hub is showing gpu inactive also in cinebench test on 100 percent utilization its clock speed is 2.4 ghz also my google tabs are unresponsive, I just bought the laptop 4 days ago
