I trying fix my issue by myself.
My SSD has no any sign malfunction and also i checked it and it appear with full name and product code at BIOS priority boot up than network/usb boot up
my first step to fix is Cleaned the inside like new without using any related liquid except added the thermal paste. Also replaced new fans too. But the issues still appear just like before. Any ideas for these ?

Hi @Yamallmann,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble using your PC and are encountering error codes 90b and 3F0. I’m so sorry you're dealing with this — I know how frustrating it can be when things don’t work as they should.
To give you a bit of insight, the 90b error typically points to a fan issue. Since you’ve mentioned replacing some parts, it’s possible that any damage to the fan could still trigger this error. On the other hand, the 3F0 error is related to the SSD or hard drive, which could indicate a storage issue.
I recommend running a hardware diagnostic test on your PC to get a clearer picture of what's going on. Once you have the test results, please share them with me, and I’ll do my best to help you from there.
Extensive Test -
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
