Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone.

I have an Unknown Device in the Device Manager.

It's in Other Devices with Location: on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System

 

I don't know what this device is, and Device manager wouldn't find a driver for it when I click 'Update Driver'.

I can't seem to find a driver for it online either.

 

Here's the Hardware Ids for this device:

You need this driver for that device...

 

This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.
