The driver for the Unknown Device with the following Hardware Ids is missing and I am unable to locate them even from AMD site;

ACPI\VEN_AMD&DEV_33D6
ACPI\AMD33D6
*AMD33D6

Hi:

 

That is the AMD Virtual Buttons device that needs a driver.

 

I found the driver on the Microsoft Update Catalog website, zipped it up and attached it below.

 

You will need to manually install this driver as follows...

 

Download and unzip the attached file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager.

 

Click on the unknown ACPI\AMD33D6 device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

 

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
