Product: Elitebook 840 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

I have unknown device driver missing and Device ID IS: 

{55BC022C-955B-4D87-A88D-D3E68CBEB2F4}\CT_27B961DB-3057-49BB-BD0D-ACA9FD8FF697. Iam trying to install an HP Photosmart printer and it will not go through successfully. Any help please?

Download/Install/Run HP Support Assistant and see if that will find the drivers for that device id:  https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html
