That is the USB 3.0 Intel driver.

Above is a bit of a guess. Could be more sure if you provided your full model number.

You need this USB3 driver...

 

This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

sp66211 does not contain driver support for the hardware ID you posted.
