I  have a  cyber power LX1500GU  ups  battery backup system  when i plug in the cable from the system to the usb port on my laptop  i get  thid   Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) when plugged into my hp laptop running windows 11 home addition I tried different usb ports still the same issue I wonder why  i have this  issue

Lucky, it did not burn out your machines. It is a UPS system which supplies power for your machine, not a USB device. Its specs

You can use its USB port to change your mobile devices such as phone, tablet ... but NOT your computers.

replaced the Batteries   on my MODEL  LX1500GU  just like the one in the photo it's the same one  I own  the cable that came with my system had  a usb  type A at one end the other end plug into my sysem  it worked fine on my old windows 10 pro laptop i had at one time why not windows 11 home
