Hey, guys!
My original battery seems to be dead so I've ordered a spare one and after replacement when I'm trying to run battery test from BIOS test fails. Here is the detailed info. I'll appreciate any useful help.

Is the diagnostic test on the original battery or the new one?
I ask that because "after replacement when I'm trying to run battery test from BIOS test fails. " does not clearly state that you installed a new battery,
The Diagnostic test it does not provide the date of manufacture.
The Logic state (49) means that the battery is very weak.
Battery Status (49) means calibration required or that the battery is no longer able to hold as much charge as it once did.
I suggest using Windows own Battery-Report as I described in the Knowledge Base article in the link below.
Is the new battery a genuine HP battery with the HP logo and with a part number matching what the laptop requires?
Only use genuine HP batteries that have the HP part number and the HP logo on them.
Non-genuine (generic), ( i.e HT03XL) batteries are known to sometimes not work as expected because of their non standard programming of the internal BMS (battery management system) chip.
If you read through some of the threads in the forum related to problems after battery replacement, you will see many members who have used generic batteries complaining that they are not working as expected.

Let me make it more specific.
- Bios diagnostic of old battery:
capacity 29%
battery status: replace (40)
logic state: bad cell (40)
charge state: blown fuse (42)
What else I'm able to mention - no charging. white led
So I've decided to buy battery for replacement. My original battery is PG03XL so I bought same PG03XL with an HP logo.
- Bios diagnostic of new battery:
capacity 97%
battery status: unknown (49)
logic state: not available (49)
charge state: not available
and the same situation - no charging. white led
Adding battery report (new battery) from windows 11

The status you have given for the new battery indicates to me that it is not communicating on the smBUS with the laptop's BMS chip.
Does gently wiggling the plug at the charging port while it is plugged in make the charge LED flicker?
Are you able to boot the laptop into Windows with the new battery?
That is a seriously incomplete battery report. It doesn't help me much.

Was the battery you installed a genuine HP battery with the correct part number?
