Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this happened with my laptop out of nowhere, I tried everything, I bought a new charger for the laptop and nothing happened, also it got fixed once suddenly and failed again suddenly, anyone can help?

The battery very likely needs replaced.How old is the laptop and how old is the battery?

honestly, I cannot tell how old the battery is, but I bought the laptop on the 4th of March 2021

The battery is just over a year old then and if it has died it was premature. Going to escalate this and see if HP will provide you some help.

HP did not help me with this at all, and this will be the last time I purchase anything from HP 

all they did is taking my money and give me the worst costumer service
