Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Following a Windows 10 update (to version 1909), I got an unknown device ACPI\VEN_ASD&DEV_0001
and I can't find the right drivers. Can anybody suggest me how to fix this issue?

My laptop model is 15-g220nl, product ID L4G06EA#ABZ, o.s. Windows 10 Home 64 bit Version: 18363.900

Hi:

 

I have zipped up and attached the driver file you need for that device, below.

 

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager.  Click on the ACPI\VEN_ASD&DEV_0001 device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

 

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

 

Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

 

Then restart the PC.
