We are installing this new model with the package drivers from ftp site (https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92001-92500/sp92248.exe)
We have two unknown drivers:
- USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B&REV_0010
- ACPI\VEN_AMDI&DEV_0011
These model have AMD CPUs instead INTEL
Any advice? Thanks!

USB\VID_8087&PID_0A2B&REV_0010 would be Intel Bluetooth. If the BT driver from your Support page doesn't work I would get it directly from Intel.

Not sure about the other. Maybe @Paul_Tikkanen has an idea.

Hi, @Jorge_F
I have zipped up and attached the driver you need for the ACPI\VEN_AMDI&DEV_0011 device, below.
You will need to manually install this driver as follows...
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager, click on the ACPI\VEN_AMDI&DEV_0011 needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.

Thanks a lot Paul_Tikkanen
It Works perfectly but I have to install manually, do you know if there is a solution to install automatically? Importing these drivers in our MDT image did not work

You're very welcome.
There is a Windows installer that comes with the file.
I removed it, because it isn't necessary to install the driver.
I am a casual home user, and have zero experience with deploying software on multiple PC's.
I have zipped up and attached the complete file as it comes from AMD below.
I don't know if it will help you or not, but now you have it.
Otherwise, here is the link to the entire AMD chipset driver file which contains the missing driver you had plus many others.
https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x470
Sometimes the problem is when you run the entire chipset driver file, some devices don't get installed anyway and you have to browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the chipset driver.
Kind of defeats the purpose.
