Microsoft Windows 11

i am upgrading my SSD from the base model to a Crucial P3 Plus 2TB M.2 NVMe. i am using a usb-c to M.2 Adapter to Clone my Data.
cloning via the Acronis cloning software is unsuccesful, as in swapping the cards results in a boot loop, stating Inssuficient Boot Device.(or similar).
now the device is running on a Windows 11 (Boot stick) and with the 2tb stick installed (uncloned, freshly initiated), but i was hoping to send the 450GB of data to my to my new ssd and sucessfully clone it, due to slow downstream of my internet.

using copy/paste i also cannot send all the data over (about 450gb/1million elements) in sufficient speed, insted of previous 2-5gb/s getting about 10mb/s.
is there better software to clone the ssd, or another option to send over my data, via software or other tricks?

Crucial actually has video tutorials on how to install and then clone to your new SSD.  The video shows a legacy HDD as the original but in essence the process will be the same with your original M.2 SSD and your new Crucial M.2 SSD in a USB enclosure.

Video 3/4 is where you should start unless you want to start at video 1/4 and watch them all to make sure you are doing it correctly.

You can go to the YouTube web page and ask Crucial questions if you are having difficulty with the process.
