Hello Everyone
I recently but the HP Notebook - 14-dq0011dx, and I want to upgrade the RAM and the SSD. I have been looking in the manual and on product specidications but still can't grasp what are the correct types for upgrading it. Please if someone can tell me what I should be looking for I would g

Hi,
Your notebook supports max 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB.
There are two slots and at the moment you have one 4GB module and one empty slot. So you could add another 4GB module or more.

You can upgrade the M2 SSD to a much higher capacity one. There is no limit to capacity. You should use an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD of your desired brand. Probably the best choice (fastest) is the M2 Samsung 970 Evo Plus and one of the cheapest (and slowest) would be something like the M2 Crucial P1.
On page 32 of the service manual, you can see the steps to install the drive. You will need to reinstall the OS on the SSD which you can do by creating a bootable Pendrive with Windows 10 on it
