Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My up arrow key is not physically stuck, but my laptop is acting like it is. This makes it impossible to type or select anything. Clicking things also doesn't work. I'm not using an external keyboard. It's an issue with the built-in keyboard. I CANNOT TYPE OR SELECT ANYTHING.

This only happens on the windows screens and things like file explorer and the microsoft store. Other things like steam are completely fine.
