Product: HP ENVY x360 convertible model 15-bq

Hey I'm wanting to upgrade my RAM from 8GB to 16GB but my laptop only has one ram slot (as shown in link) can I add another ram slot and then put two 8GB RAM in instead of the one 8GB that is currently in there? If I do will there be any problems that may occur and is this possible to do by myself or do I need to take it in to a computer shop?

 

And if it is possible where is the best place to buy the RAM and RAM slot

There are few generations and many models/products of HP 15-bqxxx. What EXACTLY is your machine ? For example HP ENVY x360 15-bq276nr, Its specs
