Update SSD and RAM

Guys
I have an HP Laptop 15s-fq2xxx with a 250GB SSD and I would like to upgrade this hard drive to 1TB SSD or similar BUT what is the maximum RAM that I could install with this system please?
Also open to suggestions on this.

1. Storage: You can use 1TB or 2TB, same family or similar specs

2. RAM: You can use 64GB (2x32GB) or 32GB (2x16GB).
