Goodnight.
I want to know if I can upgrade the RAM to 16 GB and what is the recommended 1Tb SSD.
I have the Elite x2 1012 g1 (SSD 256 with 8 GB ram).

Below is the link to the service manual:
Chapter 1 has the memory info, and the list of M.2 SSD's HP offered in the model series.
I don't see any reason why you couldn't install a 1 TB M.2 SATA SSD in your notebook.
The manual also lists support for M.2 NVMe SSD's, and if you have one of those, you can probably upgrade to a 1 TB capacity.
You cannot upgrade the memory as it is an integral part of the motherboard.
