Thank you for your answer.
However, I have to agree with the other person asking
>> I am not too sure how to deinstall it as it doesn't show up in the installed application at windows 11 or under a specific name ?
So, how can I deinstall UEFI ?
Or can I simply run the dowloaded new UEFI exe to replace it? I don't want to destroy something...
Thanks in advance
Alex

Yes.
You can do that. It won't destroy anything.

Hi Enrico,
as you had proposed, I re-installed on my Windows 11 Laptop the Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tool v 10.7.0.0.
Still, it asks for an update and if I continue as proposed, it says "TAR file couldn't be downloaded".
Any other idea?
