Hello,
I have a HP Pavilion 15-n067sl
After update from Windows 8 to Windows 10 the SD card reader is not recognized at all.
What I can do?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the W10 Realtek SD card reader driver.

What model Intel processor does your notebook have?
I need to know that information in order to give you the correct Intel Management Engine Interface driver (which installs the PCI Simple Communications Controller device).
There are various hardware versions of the Intel Management Engine Interface device based the on processor and chipset the notebook has.

I know what W10 drivers are available for newer model notebooks that have the same hardware as yours.
So, I give those drivers to folks like you where the drivers are outdated on your notebook's support page.
