I have an HP OMEN with motherboard SSID 87C3 (Moria3), currently using the latest available HP BIOS. The AMD firmware TPM version is 3.90.0.5. AMD support article PA-420 states that AMD fTPM versions 3..0. have a TPM attestation error, there is no workaround, and the motherboard manufacturer must provide an updated firmware/BIOS. I need a BIOS update containing an AMD fTPM version in the supported 3..2. or 6...* branches. Can this case be escalated to the BIOS/firmware engineering team for the 87C3 motherboard?

We have escalated this issue internally and are awaiting a fix. Will keep you posted once we have 

an update.
