I would like to upgrade my ram to Kingston,

Kingston Technology HyperX Impact 16GB (2 x 8G) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3L 1600 MHz (PC3L 12800) Laptop Memory Model HX316LS9IBK2/16

Does my lap top support hyperx? does it support 16 gb of ram? if no what the maxumim size i can use as example 1*4gb and 1*8GB?

It supports DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM and the book says 12 gigs is the max but we know that it will in fact support 16 gigs. The HyperX will likely work but you gain no performance boost from the "performance" or gaming memory so if it cost more the extra money is wasted. You will do just as well with OEM type memory such as Hynix or Samsung. 

See p. 42 of the Manual. There is a memory door on the bottom so very easy to do.

I dont' need it for gaming but need it for programming android, my 8gb Hynix can't Stands in performance and eaten by android stuido and my lap get frozen and slow, at the same time im not able to buy new laptop, so that why i pick up hyperx.

This is my question are you sure that my laptop will read 16gb instead of manaul which says 16gb?

doesn hyper x will be good solution for my issue which is programing, as i don't need it for gaming?

and if not which ram kit is better for me?

Yes I am sure it will run 16 gigs. There never has been a computer that will max out on a mix of different sized modules. If it takes an 8 and a 4 it will take 2 x 8. 

The HyperX if installed on your computer will downclock to run at the fastest speeds the motherboard can handle in terms of latency, etc. (CL=xx) and that will be exactly the same as OEM modules. So it is a problem where the motherboard is not capable of running the more aggressive memory timings you find on "gaming" memory. So no sense in spending the extra money. 

Android Studio ought to run OK on an i7 processor and 8 gigs of RAM so you may have something else going on. I hate to see you buy 16 gigs of RAM at today's prices and have it not fix your issue.

I am not really sure how much better I can say it. Hynix and Samsung are essentially the same products  Yes use OEM memory.

Latency is a measure of the speed of the response time of the memory.

The lower the CL number the less lag time between asking for the data and the time it takes to be available to the processor. 

CL=11 is most common for DDR3L-1600. Hyperx might be as low as CL=9.
