Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

so my laptop is starting to have trouble with handling some of the bigger programs I have installed lately like Photoshop, Premier Pro, IDE's etc. And boot up has been taking longer recently.  I was wondering if upgrading the RAM would make it run a bit smoother. If so which ones are compatible. Jut for reference I currently have 12gb.

Not much I can say but as you say, it has 12GB (4GB + 8GB) of RAM. If you wish to add more RAM you can use (max)

or simply replace 4GB eot 8GB using SAME existing 8GB.

Regards.
