Product: Hp laptop

Hello sir,

I recently have been facing keyboard hardware issues and wish to get it repair or replaced under warranty. The warranty check on hp shows expired but since i have brought this product from a shop, i still apparently have the warranty and wish to upload my invoice and update the warranty details. Can you please help me with where I can get my warranty update?

Ihave brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

With due respect, i have not recieved any private message regarding this. 

Also, i created a case on hp support for my warranty update, but haven't recieved any reply or updates. Kindly update my details as soon as possible.
