Updating the mac address of the device by serial number in the Hewlett Packard database

HP Recommended
Pavilion Dv6-6b10er
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear support

Сan I find out the mac address of the HP Pavilion dv6-6b10er laptop

serial number [Private information removed],

product number A5F31EA#ACB?

There is a suspicion that the laptop repair service center replaced the motherboard with another one (not working)

The MAC address is determined by the NIC but, as far as the NIC for each device is not recorded.  The most probable way to find that is looking at the router logs from when it was on the network.

Windows would be able to tell if the motherboard was changed by looking at the history, if it is still there.

In the system log of the router, the estimated mac address of this laptop was calculated, starting with 40:2C:F4 A search for a unique identifier gives information about the manufacturer Universal Global Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. Is this company an HP partner? Maybe it was in 2010-2012?

I cannot say they are partners but OEM's typically use devices or have devices that are from various companies and are part of the motherboards for such things as network connections.  A company such as Universal Global Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. may have provided devices to the motherboard manufacturer.  I did find in other places that a user had determined that a HP laptop had one of those devices installed in their device, also.
