Just wanna ask if my laptop hp 14s-cf0057tu is upgradeable to m.2 ssd or what kind of ssd is compatible to my laptop? Thanks.

Yes you can upgrade to an M2 SSD from your preferred brand and capacity

Example

On page 41 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive
