Greetings,
I have recently ordered HP OMEN 15 (2020) laptop with AMD Ryzen 4800h, gtx 1660ti, 4x2 GB 3200Mhz RAM and 512 GB M.2 NVMe storage. I am really happy about the GPU and CPU, but I plan to upgrade the RAM and Storage in near future.
My question is, what is the maximum RAM supported in its motherboard in dual channel mode. And if i plan to max out the storage by using both M.2 slots and removing the 512 gb storage, what is the maximum capacity i can upgrade to. Thanks for your valuable time 😄

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook's model series.
The memory and storage upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

2 x 16 GB of memory and up to a 1 TB NVMe SSD are supported, though it appears that HP left out the 2 x 16 GB memory configuration.

You're very welcome.
You may want to make sure the notebook actually has two M.2 slots before ordering a second M.2 SSD.
Even though the manual indicates there may be two M.2 slots, some folks have reported only 1 M.2 slot on other model notebooks.
If it has two M.2 slots, I assume you could use 2 x 1 TB M.2 SSD's.
The 2 x 256GB SSD's are probably what HP only offered for dual storage configurations.
