My laptop spec is down below I want to upgrade my laptop is it possible ?

Laptop model : HP Notebook - 15-ac049ne (ENERGY STAR)

Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU @2.40GHz

RAM : 6 GB

OS. Windows 10 Home

GPU 0 : Intel HD Graphics 5500

GPU 1 : AMD RADEON R5 M330

Some game is slow..... Tell me is it possible to up grade my laptop. ?

I understand that you would like to upgrade the laptop.

 

 

This model is not a games laptop. HP has a separate games laptop.

 

I have checked the manual and your Supports up to 8 GB of system RAM in the following conƭgurations

 

● 8192-MB total system memory (8192×1) or (4096×2)

● 6144-MB total system memory (4096×1) + (2048×1)

● 4096-MB total system memory (4096×1) or (2048×2)

● 2048-MB total system memory (2048×1)

 

However, please perform the below steps and check.

 

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

 

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

 

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
