the utility that you have sent shows that my bios is at F.07

so i am guessing it should be good to go ??

Yes, you are good to go.

 

F.07 was the last BIOS update to add additional processor microcodes, so that would be the latest one you would need in order to upgrade the processor.

Can you imagine my big mistake?..... I ordered the CPU but forgot all about the thermal paste... No one accepting to send me one because the order is under 5 USD.... So lame of me and I couldn't find any in the local market.....

Yes, you will need a fresh application of that on the processor, and heatsink where it makes contact with all of the chips.

 

Surely you can find some on eBay for cheap.
