Since the BIOS is already set to supply 1.5v to the memory modules, you are overvolting the micron tech 4Gb 1.35V module. That is one reason to always replace the original module with a pair of identical, guaranteed compatible memory modules. Sometimes upgrading the installed memory the way you did provides frustration because either one module is not recognized as present by the OS or BIOS. In the worst case scenarion, does not allow the notebook to boot up into Windows.

That is likely not to be great for the module in the long term.  I do notice that the modules are working in Dual-Channel mode, so you got lucky there.

Thank you very much but as the soft ware show, the micron ram is running with 1.35 V and i've read that 1.35V ram is back-compative with 1.5V standard. So i wonder should i keep this setting or replae 1.35V one with 1.5V one

That software may not be telling you how it really is. If you really want to know the actual voltage you would have to use a multimeter at the slot.

The way the BIOS works is that there is a coded file that provides the primary and secondary memory timings and the soDIMM slot voltages. Enthusiast motherboard BIOSes allow the owner to set those voltages and timings. BIOS in notebooks  prebuilt by manufacturers do not allow access to that type of BIOS setting granularity.

BIOS ROM files do not provide different voltages for different memory modules. If the Micron memory module is stated to run well at either voltage ,then I certainly would not see a problem. Where did you read that?

due to this link, it show that the micron tech 4Gb ram is back compative with 1.5V . But i can't make sure this page is trustable or jusst massive scam. Any way, thank you for your help 🙂

DigiKey is a reliable source. I have been using their information and products for decades.   There is also a link there for a direct download  of the datasheet from Micron.
