I know it is an old laptop so i want to try to upgrade my pc before buying a new one.
I have AMD A70M motherboard with FS1r2 socket and AMD A6-4400M CPU. I know i can upgrade it to A84500M and A104600M but i just receaved A8-5550M and i was wondering could i upgrade it with this one. Bios is Insyde F.2A

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that changing The AMD A8-5550M processor is not a good option as its a very old chip which is based on the Bulldozer architecture which is very old. I would suggest going to a new computer will be worth money.
