Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I’m upgrading my PC for 4K video editing and considering an RTX 3060 Ti. My current setup includes an AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz RAM, and a 450W PSU.

Will my PSU handle the 3060 Ti, or should I upgrade it? Also, is my CPU sufficient for smooth 4K editing, or would I need to upgrade that as well?
