Hi:
It appears that your notebook has the Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Wi-Fi adapter.
If that is correct, you will not be able to replace that model card for one that has BT 5.0 because those cards require two Wi-Fi antenna wires in order for the Bluetooth to work and yours only has one.
If you need BT 5, the easiest thing to do would be to purchase a USB BT 5 adapter.
If you want to go through the trouble to order the antenna kit and completely disassemble your notebook including the display panel to properly run the second antenna wire, then you can replace the Realtek RTL8821CE wifi adapter with this model:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 802.11ax 2 × 2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5 (non-vPro) HP part # L35282-005
Chapter 3, page 10 of the service manual has the dual antenna kit part number.
