HP-15-F272WM
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP Community,

I have a HP-15-F272WM laptop and I want to upgrade the processor, as it is pretty old and comes with an intel pentium. The thing is the cpu is soldered to the motherboard. So I was wondering can anybody tell me is there a compatible motherboard that I can install so that I can upgrade the processor??

Its specs

It has  Intel® Pentium® N3540 with Intel HD Graphics (2.16 GHz, up to 2.66 GHz, 2 MB cache, 4 cores) processor which is not upgradable. Page 57 of the following manual gives you a list of System Boards of the series

All System boards of the series have CPU pre-installed, you can't swap out to upgrade.

Regards.
