The parts list for your model indicates that it came with a touch panel (L20380-001) with a 40-pin display cable (L20442-001).
The service manual (on pages 22-23) shows all supported display panels.
HP 15 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide
L20376-001 and L20377-001 are 15.6" FHD (1080p) IPS screens, but both are non-touch panels and use a 30-pin cable, which doesn't fit in the 40-pin display socket on your motherboard.
So unfortunately, you cannot upgrade to an FHD IPS screen.
