Product: HP ENVY - 17t-bw000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My 4 yr old Envy 17-bw000 has a SK hynix BC501 HFM256GDJTNG-8310A that has started failing SMART tests.
(CrystalDiskInfo and Windows SMART tests both say Bad)
It also has a 1TB ST1000LM049-2GH172 drive.
I'm not sure why it is failing, but it is. Can I upgrade the 256GB SSD to 512 GB SSD?
It is my C drive. If I do replace it, how do I get everything transferred from the failing drive to the new one? I have imaging/backup software (Macrium Reflect)
