Can I upgrade my motherboard on my Hewlett-Packard HP 250 G1 Notebook to deliver more high-performance processor? What motherboards fit on this Notebook? Is such an upgrade possible?

Please use the list on page 80 of the following manual

 

   http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03763062

 

Note: you have to pay for new motherboard, new CPU/Processor and new Windows license (if applicable) because all 3 components are on one piece of hardware called System Board.

 

Other boards which are not on the list may not fit physically (for example screws won't line up).
