I want to expand the RAM in my laptop, but I can't find information on the HP 830F 31.25 motherboard
Now there is RAM DDR4-2133MHz 4GB Micron in the app HP Support Assistant
But there are information about SoDIMM, 4GB DDR4-2400, Micron, B die on the official HP website
So, what kind of RAM do I have on my laptop HP 14-ba035ur s/n 8CG7334P7J?

Also, I did not find there the number of slots for RAM and the max expansion it

Hi:

Your notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.

You cannot upgrade the processor.  It is an integral part of the motherboard.

Below is the link to the service manual.  The 12 GB memory limit is incorrect.  It is 16 GB.
