Hi,
The RAM is max 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB
There are two slots and at the moment you have 2x4GB. You can purchase RAM from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Samsung...
On page 35 of the service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM:

You can upgrade the M2 PCIe NVMe drive to a larger capacity drive (there is no limit). You could use a drive such as the M2 Samsung 970 Evo Plus or similar.
On page 34of service manual you can see how to replace the drive.
