I want to upgrade the hard disk on my HP ENVY - 13-aq0044nr from 512 GB to 1 TB, which hard disk is compatible and from where can i purchase genuine hard disk in Delhi NCR

Hi,
At the moment you have a 512GB M2 PCIe NVMe SSD. So, what you need is a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The Samsung 970 Evo Plus is considered one of the best. But you can also choose a different brand such as the much cheaper and slower Crucial P1 or Adata, WD...
On page 28 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive.

I believe the SSD has a 5 year warranty.

The RAM in that model is not upgradable as it is onboard (soldered on the motherboard and there are no slots to upgrade the RAM). So, you can not upgrade the RAM.
It will support a 2TB, even 4TB M2 PCIe NVMe SSD. There is no limit to the capacity of the Drive.
