When it comes to upgrading most gaming laptops, the options are generally quite limited.
Typically, only the RAM and storage drives can be upgraded. Your laptop seems to use DDR5 SODIMM memory for RAM and NVMe SSDs for storage.
However, performance-critical components like the CPU and GPU are usually soldered onto the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

It appears that you have a Ryzen 5 8645HS as your CPU, which is listed as compatible with 256GB RAM on AMD's official website. It should be significantly higher than any DDR5 SODIMM RAM currently available.
So are the SSDs, the ones you can get are surely to have a smaller storage space than your PC can handle.
