Product: Hp probook 6570b
Operating System: Linux
I replaced my 1366x768 matte display with 1600x900 matte. I turned on laptop with only black screen. No backlight. I was wondering do I need different cable?, if so how to do find it?.

HP Recommended

No 1600 x 900 display was offered on the 6570b but it did use a different cable for screens with resolution higher than 1366 x 768 (HD)

 

For use only on HP ProBook 6570b Notebook PC computer models equipped with an FHD or HD+ display assembly 646970-001

 

6570b Service Manual

 

A little pricey since it includes the webcam:
