You're very welcome, Ted.

HP only has the service manuals in English, so you won't find them on any of the models not sold in English-speaking countries.  Why they do that, I do not know.

On notebooks with the eMMC drives, even if the notebook has a M.2 slot, the slot doesn't work.

Other folks have tried to install M.2 SSD's in notebooks with the eMMC drives, and apparently the slot is disabled, and there are no BIOS settings to enable it,.

If you decide to open up your notebook and find a M.2 slot, you can try a SATA M.2 SSD, but I am pretty sure it won't work.

Cheers,

Paul

Hi, Ted:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 14 Laptop PC

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

Your notebook has one memory slot and the maximum memory the slot can support is 1 x 8 GB.

Since your notebook has a 64 GB eMMC drive, you cannot upgrade it to add more storage.

Hy, Paul

Thank to send the link to read Service Manual (That don't i found on the site HP web ).

Then update memory possible (4 to 8 Go) but not the eMMC ? (Page 32 , show to replace the Actual Storage).

Thank you for your information

Ted.
