I recently purchased Omen Transcend 14.  Is there a way to upgrade the RAM and SSD and how to do it?

You must buy a USB adapter for M.2 disks and then clone the disk with a cloning program if you want to keep your data, otherwise you must reinstall windows again.

Hi @tecboy 

 

The memory is soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded, if you want to change the SDD, you can do it for a larger 2, or 4 TB if you want Gen 4.
